Bri Grifo, CDMP, PCM

Director of Marketing

The resident problem solver, Bri Grifo leads Aker Ink’s multifaceted marketing department in project management, strategic planning and data-driven decision making as Director of Marketing. Overseeing the creation and execution of inbound marketing strategies, she guides collaboration among specialists to ensure a company’s digital footprint is thoughtful, targeted and tailored to business development goals.

Committed to professional and personal improvement, Bri has earned prestigious designations as a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) and Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) through the Digital Marketing Institute and American Marketing Association (AMA). Her professional knowledge and insights help companies navigate and seize marketing opportunities through their website, email system, social media platforms and both virtual and in-person events.

Bri is an innate leader. Named “Rising Star of the Year” by the Arizona Innovation Marketing Association (AZIMA) in 2022, she thrives on new challenges and is the first to dive in and investigate roadblocks that hinder a company’s growth goals. She’s especially adept at using analytics as a problem-solving tool and implementing automated processes to drive more efficiencies and generate leads.

Bri specializes in HubSpot Marketing and Sales platforms, holding certifications in Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing and HubSpot Sales Software. Additionally, she is certified in Advanced Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio.

Engaged in the local marketing community, Bri previously served on the AMA Board of Directors, lending her digital and project management expertise to industry leaders. Additionally, she’s a current member of the Communications Committee for the Phoenix chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and a member of AZIMA.

Integral to the Aker Ink team since 2019, Bri previously served as an Account Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager, where she honed her analytics and strategic planning expertise before being promoted once again to Director of Marketing.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from Eastern Washington University in Spokane, Washington.

Outside of work, Bri is a competitive, All American triathlete. She’s known for brainstorming some of her best ideas while on long bike rides.

  • Endurance Enthusiast: Bri is a competitive, All American triathlete. She has been a runner for much of her life, but the combination of swimming, biking and running is a thrill for her.
  • Facebook Fanatic: Bri was 11 years old when she created her first Facebook page to promote her hand-made jewelry. Her page was named “Bri’s Beads” and she even designed a logo.
  • Podcast Listener: Bri enjoys listening to podcasts, including “Harvard Business Review” and the popular “My Favorite Murder.” Despite being polar opposite shows, they both ignite her strategic thinking.
